Customized air separation plants for nitrogen production serve various industries, both traditional (Chemical, Petrochemical, Refineries, Electronics, Metallurgy, Glass) and new applications such as Green Ammonia (in which hydrogen, derived from electrolysis of water powered by renewable energy, replaces hydrocarbon-based hydrogen) and are designed to offer tailor-made solutions, in accordance with the main local and/or international standards.
Consisting of skid-mounted units that facilitate installation and start-up activities, they can produce up to 50,000 Nm3/h of nitrogen gas and feature high reliability and an ergonomic design that simplifies maintenance activities. Highly versatile, they can be designed for outdoor or indoor installations thanks to a flexible layout that adapts perfectly to the space available for the plant.
The plant's control system is automated and allows remote adjustment of the unit's operating parameters, adapting them to actual production needs. In addition, the ability to produce nitrogen in liquid phase to feed a back up system ensures product availability even in the event of a plant shutdown.
