The Italian Biomethane Group bears the signature of SIAD: Tecno Project Industriale, a company belonging to the chemical group and leader in the construction of Biogas Upgrading plants, has acquired 100% of 2LNG Srl, a Livorno-based company specialising in the construction of methane and biomethane liquefaction plants with technology complementary to that of SIAD Macchine Impianti.

With this acquisition, the SIAD Group completes its technological offer in the Biogas processing sector, further developing the business both in Italy and abroad.

The details of the acquisition and the Group's development horizons will be illustrated by the CEO, Bernardo Sestini, during Ecomondo, the international exhibition dedicated to green technology which this year, from 26 to 29 October, returns to the Rimini trade fair.

The public presentation will be held on Wednesday, October 27 at 13, at the area CIB, Italian Consortium Biogas and Gasification.

On Tuesday 26th from 2.00 pm to 5.30 pm at Cap Holding, the role of ozone in wastewater purification will be examined in depth as part of PerFORM WATER 2030, an Italian project financed with European funds aimed at creating a platform for the research, development and evaluation of technologies for effective and efficient integrated urban water management.

SIAD will be present for all four days with the companies of the Group.

Tecno Project Industriale will be present, with systems for the Upgrade from Biogas to Biomethane, CO2 Recovery, Purification and Liquefaction systems, SIAD Macchine Impianti with Biomethane Liquefaction plants, Biogas and Biomethane compressors, etc., Tecnoservizi Ambientali with activated carbons for the Removal of H2S and organic pollutants, Pentatec with Gas Analysis systems and SIAD with Micro-oxygenation systems, gas supply for Purification, Inertisation and Liquefaction. This year there will also be Esa, active in the production of burners for combustible gases, with a line of hydrogen or hydrogen mixtures.
