SIAD Macchine Impianti (SIAD MI) is pleased to announce the opening of a new company in Germany. SIAD Macchine Impianti S.p.A. - Niederlassung Deutschland, whose head office is located in Frankfurt at "The Squaire" business center, will offer technical and commercial services to all customers in Germany, plus Northern and Central Europe.

SIAD MI has been active in Germany for several years and in that period it has relied on several local partners to support the activities of the Global Service Division. The opening of a new company in Germany has enabled SIAD MI to further strengthen its presence in this territory: “Germany is a strategic area for us because, in this region, there are all the major players in the compressor sector, both suppliers and customers. For more than 30 years, we have supplied many prestigious customers in this area, and we are now pleased to offer them a dedicated service that can meet their requirements even more closely” says Massimo Maffeis, Global Service Division Technical & Operations Director at SIAD MI, who is also Director of the new organization.

The company is already structured and operational to provide technical assistance to customers and is working in full synergy with the Bergamo headquarters. In addition to Matthias Boehler and Thorsten Heissler, the local team will shortly be reinforced with additional Field Service Engineers who will carry out service operations and offer qualified technical support to ensure a high level of satisfaction for all customers in the area; a dedicated workshop for maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities will also be opened later.

The opening of this new company is further evidence of the successful and ever-increasing work that SIAD Macchine Impianti is doing in this particular region.
This step is a clear indication of the effort to bring SIAD MI closer to its customers by increasing our ability to provide high-quality and prompt services in a strategic area of continuous development.
