Continuous optimization of compressors. This is the rationale behind the new services designed by the Global Service Division of SIAD Macchine Impianti.
With the new revamping tools, “Revamp Conversion” and “Modernization”, the aim is to upgrade outdated technologies, renew worn machines and replace old-design components. This gives a significant reduction in machine downtime, better performance at equivalent consumption plus operating conditions in maximum safety, always in compliance with current regulations.

 

The checks cover many aspects – and range from an analysis of the new conditions and new components to the verification of operating data. This is followed by thermodynamic and mechanical checks, and the design and subsequent creation of new components, where necessary. Also the motors, pumps, tanks and other ancillary components are checked, concluding with installation, after the verification of standards and the updating of the PED, CE and ATEX certificates.

The main advantages of the revamping include the upgrading of the machinery to the new process or capacity conditions; a guarantee is then issued, attesting that the examined compressor is as new.
