The focus of SIAD Macchine Impianti's participation is the innovative VITO Next compressor, designed to optimize the blowing process of bottles made of environmentally friendly materials such as rPET and PLA.

The special feature of the VITO Next is its energy-saving design. Thanks to advanced technologies, such as the combination of inverters and 0-50-100% flow rate modulation function to maximize air flow regulation, and the use of highly efficient motors, the compressor ensures optimized energy management based on production requirements. This enables a significant reduction in consumption, a crucial factor in energy-intensive production contexts such as food packaging.

VITO Next is designed for use with the SIADMI4U, which allows remote monitoring and management of all operating parameters in real time. This feature ensures maximum connectivity and integral control of compressor performance, helping to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.

One of the new strengths of the VITO Next is the heat recovery system (HRS), which allows the energy generated during compressor operation to be recovered. This function is perfectly in line with the SIAD Group's strategy to promote sustainable and high-performance production processes, responding to the growing demand for environmentally friendly solutions.
