From September 15 to 19, 2025, the Messe München Exhibition Center in Munich (Germany) will host Drinktec, the global trade fair for the food & beverage industry. In this prestigious setting, the PET Division of SIAD Macchine Impianti (SIAD MI) will take part in the event to highlight the most advanced solutions in energy efficiency, sustainability, and digitization for the food and beverage industry

SIAD MI specializes in air compression for blowing bottles and currently has over 1,800 compressors installed across all continents worldwide. In 2014, they introduced the “VITO” range, the first compressor specifically designed for blowing rPET and PLA bottles. Ever since it appeared on the market, VITO (acronym for Value, Innovation, Technology, Optimisation) has marked the beginning of a “new era” in the world of air compression for blowing machines. Technological evolution has led to VITO Next, an enhanced solution that combines high efficiency, reliability, and environmental friendliness.

VITO Next marks an important step forward in compression technology, integrating high-efficiency IE4 motors with an inverter which, especially when coupled with a 0/50/100% flow modulation system, automatically adapts consumption to the actual operating requirements. This system reduces energy waste and optimizes overall performance. VITO Next offers a pioneering, sustainable solution that is ideal even for the most demanding applications. On-site audits on various models have highlighted tangible benefits, including the use of silenced filters that significantly reduce noise, increasing comfort in industrial environments. The compact design of the skid and the ergonomics of the machine simplify its use, while maintenance is reduced thanks to an MTBM (mean time between maintenance) of 8,000 hours, a true sign of high reliability.

Furthermore, thanks to the Heat Recovery System (HRS), up to 50% of the heat generated can be recovered, heating water to 75–80°C and returning it to the system to power heating systems or industrial processes. Thanks to its compact design and quick-assembly kit, the HRS improves overall efficiency, reduces greenhouse gas emissions, and lowers operating costs without altering the size or performance of the skid.

The company's offering is completed by the SIADMI4U digital service, a remote monitoring and diagnostics system that allows all compressor operating parameters to be viewed, reducing downtime and ensuring production continuity in the Industry 5.0 era.

In addition to VITO NEXT, SIAD MI will present its modular systems for the capture, recovery and recirculation of CO₂ into production flows. These systems, manufactured by Tecno Project Industriale (TPI), a subsidiary of the SIAD Group, are fully automated and monitored 24 hours a day. The use of CO₂ recovered and reintroduced into the production cycle allows waste to be reduced and environmental impact to be minimized, effectively meeting companies' sustainability objectives. This solution represents a strategic asset for the food & beverage sector, particularly in optimizing processes in breweries and in the production of carbonated beverages.

Standard solutions are available, or customized solutions can be engineered to order to perfectly suit the specific needs of each customer.
