SIAD MI and TPI showcase integrated CO₂ and hydrogen solutions at the “Carbon Capture and Hydrogen Expo” in Hamburg

At the upcoming “Carbon Capture Technology World Expo” co-located to “Hydrogen Technology World Expo”, taking place from 21 to 23 October 2025 at Hamburg Messe (Germany), two leading Italian companies will represent the country’s excellence in industrial innovation and decarbonization: SIAD Macchine Impianti (SIAD MI) and Tecno Project Industriale (TPI).
The event provides a unique opportunity to explore the strong connection between carbon capture and hydrogen technologies, two strategic pathways toward achieving Net Zero.
SIAD Macchine Impianti: advanced solutions for hydrogen
With almost a century of expertise - more than 5,000 compressors and over 500 ASU systems installed worldwide - SIAD MI offers reliable and innovative solutions throughout the entire value chain:
- Hydrogen compressors for all applications, including oil-free reciprocating compressors up to 550 bar / 8,000 psi, ideal for sustainable mobility.
- BOG compressors for optimizing methane regasification.
- O2 and N2 production plants to support the production of Blue Ammonia, Green Ammonia, and Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF).
- ssLNG plants for the liquefaction of methane and biomethane.
These technologies are already being implemented in major hydrogen projects worldwide, confirming SIAD MI’s role as a key partner for sustainable industrial transformation and clean energy development.
TPI: capturing and valorizing CO2 since 1987
With more than 300 plants installed worldwide, TPI has extensive experience in capture, purification, and liquefaction of CO2 from a wide range of sources s and can provide solutions for the whole CCUS chain:
- CO2 capture and liquefaction technologies for CO2 segregation and E-Fuels production
- Biogas upgrading systems for producing biomethane and recovering biogenic CO2
For example, the company is currently engaged in European research initiatives such as HERCCULES (funded by Horizon Europe), focused on developing scalable CCUS solutions for energy-intensive industries like cement production and waste-to-energy.
TPI’s modular CO2 capture units can be integrated into existing facilities or new industrial clusters, offering flexible, high-efficiency solutions that contribute directly to emission reduction and the Net Zero transition.
A joint commitment to decarbonization
SIAD MI and TPI joint participation reflects SIAD Group’s holistic approach to decarbonization - covering the entire CO2 value chain, from capture and purification to compression, liquefaction, and storage, while also advancing hydrogen technologies for the clean-energy economy.
Through innovation, engineering excellence, and decades of industrial experience, the two companies position themselves as trusted global partners for industries committed to sustainable growth and emission reduction.
