SIAD Macchine Impianti, S.p.A., along with SIAD Engineering (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd., have commissioned an air separation plant producing 120 tons per day (TPD) of liquid products sold to Iwatani International Corporation Industrial Gases subsidiary in Jakarta, Indonesia. The plant was suppled on a “turn-key” basis and installed at Iwatani’s facility in Karawang Industrial City to support the development of the local high tech industry requiring high quality oxygen, nitrogen and argon. The plant has been fully accepted by Iwatani and is under their operational management. The plant meets or exceeds all performance requirements, particularly energy efficiency.

 

The 120 TPD plant was engineered by SIAD Macchine Impianti in both Bergamo, Italy and at SIAD Engineering (Hangzhou), Zhejiang Province, China, with the fabrication of the major components accomplished at SIAD Engineering’s workshop in Deqing County, Zhejiang Province. SIAD Engineering Hangzhou also provided the project management.
