In addition to services such as technical support, field services, original spare parts and special maintenance, the Global Service Division also provides an advanced Mechanical Analysis service.

By periodically carefully analyzing the condition of the compressor and its components, and more specifically machine vibrations, thanks to Mechanical Analysis it is possible to anticipate unexpected problems and optimize plant maintenance and related costs.

Through the use of sophisticated measuring instruments and dedicated software, this type of predictive maintenance enables a considerable increase in overall plant efficiency, because :

• downtimes and also production losses are minimized;
• the costs associated with emergency maintenance or the replacement of machine parts are zeroed;
• it increases the availability of machines, allowing strategic planning of maintenance operations.
